    What you will be doing:

    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain all Identity and Access Management solutions and roadmap.
    • Build, lead and continuously develop the Identity Management team for Worldpay.
    • Responsibility for highly privileged access controls, provisioning/de-provisioning of user and service accounts across systems.
    • Maintaining appropriate user entitlements throughout the employee lifecycle (Joiners/Movers/Leavers).
    • Respond to audit and regulatory requests as needed.
    • In collaboration with Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Security, define and deliver an Identity framework and roadmap.
    • Promote & leading security culture, awareness and driving continuous security improvements across Identity and Access management function.
    • Define appropriate Identity and access management security metrics, provide regular and consolidated reporting to the senior leadership team.
    • Translate the business requirements into IAM related strategy implementation plans..

    What you bring:

    • Experience in delivering large Identity & Access Management transformation programs.
    • Expert in Identity & Access Management (IAM) products, including Sailpoint, CyberArk and Oracle.
    • Experience with market leading PAM products such as Core Security (BoKs) and Quest.
    • Deep knowledge in Active Directory and Domain management.
    • Experience in AWS and deploying cloud IAM solutions.
    • Experience with multi-factor authentication technology and providers, including RSA, Microsoft Authenticator and the FiDO Alliance.

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $171,910.00 - $288,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
