    What you’ll be responsible for:

    Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will play a critical role in expanding the presence and usage of Circle-issued stablecoins (USDC and EURC) in both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance (TradFi) ecosystems.

    Leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, you will establish, execute, and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as market makers, OTC desks, trading and investing institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, clearinghouses, and other relevant entities.

    You will work closely with other Circle Business and Product leaders to meet growth targets for Circle-issued stablecoins, ensuring they are easily accessible and cost-effective across major regions worldwide through global and local OTC, trading, and wholesale distribution partners.

    What you'll work on:

    • Market Analysis and Strategy: you will leverage your deep experience and comprehensive understanding of the Crypto Capital Market and TradFi ecosystems to design and execute commercial deals that drive stablecoin distribution and enable use cases such as instant FX, secondary market trading, and institutional settlement credit.
    • Managing and leading a high-velocity team: you will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and building a world-class Business Development and Relationship Management team.

    Developing and forecasting a metrics-driven pipeline: you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a growing pipeline of regional and global partners across TradFi and Crypto Capital Markets ecosystems.

    What you’ll bring to Circle:

    • 15+ years experience in capital markets, trading, and investing industries.
    • 10+ years of building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams
    • 10+ years of selling Crypto/Web3, Fintech and/or technology products
    • Built and scaled a business segment, to billions in transaction volume and 10s of millions in net revenue, delivering a material impact on the valuation of the company
    • Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
    • Exceptional leadership experience with proven ability to hire, onboard, and consistently train employees
    • Excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities
    • Finally, you enjoy building at the earliest stages. You care deeply about contributing and improving company processes. You enjoy moving at a fast pace, building a long-lasting foundation, and helping customers thrive

    Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
