The Google Play team enhances the Android ecosystem by giving developers and partners a premium store where they can reach millions of users.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Develop product strategy, including model design, bringing in cross-functional POVs. Feed into future product strategy discussions.
    • Establish operational model for Play payments enforcement, appeals management, and developer question triaging.
    • Develop reporting and insights for current enforcement stats and effectiveness. Evolve Enforcement programs including executive reporting, team alignment cadence, and objectives and key results.
    • Connect and prioritize initiatives within the overall regulatory strategy (e.g., collecting inputs and maintaining required feedback loops with relevant teams/functions).
    • Operationalize policies via creation of Business Requirements Documents (BRD), providing input into PRD and policy memos, and working with finance on the “how” for billing policies.
