We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Implementation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is an integral part of our client proposition and employs our global network to capture market share and deliver growth. The business covers 90% of the world’s trade and capital flows, with access to over 150 clearing systems. We are uniquely positioned to help clients make payments, manage their liquidity and maximize the use of their cash and work with 95% of Fortune 100 Companies.

  • Provide consultation to the sales team and participate in the bidding process to secure mandates
  • Understand client's business process and requirements to formulate sound implementation, documentation and transition plan to accelerate revenue growth
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and actively seek to maximize the Bank's return on a local, regional and global basis
  • Work closely with the Finance team of top tier corporate and institutional clients with regional operations, implementing GPS services that vary from simple domestic solutions to complex multiple country and multiple product deals
  • Manage the implementation of cash management solutions project, and provide consultancy advice to clients by assisting to streamline the process
  • Orchestrate internal departments and work with implementation teams in different countries to ensure products and services are delivered in a consistent and coordinated manner
  • Work closely with Global teams to streamline and enhance documentation processes, and also help to commercialize any new documentation offerings
  • Provide assessment of existing and new products and identify current and future product or system development needs
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
  • University graduate with a relevant business degree
  • Experience in banking with strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank's products, services, systems, procedures and operations
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated self starter, achievement driven, and a strong team-player
  • Ability to operate on a cross regional and cross functional basis and coordinate with different departments globally
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, as is a confident, analytical and independent work style
